Coryanthes are amazing creations of nature. Complex flowers have a "bucket" which fills with liquid dripping from glands on the column. The pollinator falls into the bucket, and the only way out of the liquid is up a "ladder" and out a small opening at the back of the bucket, where the pollen waits to be attached to the back of the insect. Fragrant. Soft leaves. Fast-growing.
